Even a hot rod needs oil changes, and as long as people use machines, machines will require occasional maintenance. So, if your generator does not appear to be functioning correctly, or if you need service on a generator, please contact us for instructions on how to return it to us.

Return instructions:
Place generator in an appropriate box and protect with sufficient packing material. Return to the address indicated above, at your expense, using a parcel service like UPS or FedEx with tracking abilities. If requested, we will send a replacement to you, at our expense.
Note: You need to contact us to request a replacement! Returning a generator to us for service does not trigger a replacement order, so be sure to call or email if a replacement is needed.
